Venues

We are pleased to provide the following accessibility information for this venue and others will be added as required.  We hope that this information is helpful and that you enjoy your visits to our concerts.

We aim to produce a number of larger print programmes available on request at the door

We aim to publish the programme in advance on this website

Holy Trinity Church, Forest Row.

  •

  • There is an audio T loop available to church users.

  • Wheelchair access is via the vestry.  This door must be locked during the concert so you will not be able to enter or exit (except in an emergency) via that route once the performance has begun.

  • The paths to the church are steep for independent wheelchair users and we would advise that visitors with any mobility issues should have a strong companion with them to assist.

  • The church has no car parking & whilst a blue badge can be used on the single yellow lines outside this would cause an obstruction and should be avoided.  We understand that the Forest Row Medical Centre (up the hill from the church, on the A22) allows those with mobility difficulties and an appropriate car badge to park in their car park outside of surgery hours.

  • The church does provide an accessible toilet which is located between the body of the church and the vestry.

  • There are no designated wheelchair spaces. We would suggest that people sit where they feel comfortable but please do not block main aisles etc as these double as fire exit routes.

St Swithun's Church, East Grinstead

  •

  • Step free access to the church via the West Door under the tower

  • Induction loop available

  • Accessible toilet in the hall adjacent to the church

  • Blue badge parking designaed in the car park, including some spaces right outside the West door.
